The dread within.....

There is something conspiring in those jungles, something, which is so calamitous, that it destroys everything it touches. What is that thing? Which can force a handful of less-than-nothings; challenge the might of the government (corporate too). Why are they doing this? What inspires them? What do they gain out of this?

Questions... Questions and more questions, but alas! No answers.

I believe, now we will have those Harvard and Princeton-rubbed intellectuals debate within the air-conditioned confines of the planning commission (an organization, which I feel is disbanded will do more good to Indians than harm them) -- why are they against development? But, never will the try to go in those jungles and separate fact from fiction. Who are these low life's, in those jungles, who is the one behind this, who is using this opportunity, who is responsible for the exodus of some 1,000 odd such people from South India?

Who are the victims and who is the victor? Who is the extremist -- one who we see resorting to this extreme step or the one who through means, material, physical or other, is driving some to take such a step or is that that everyone is being mis-guided? What in god's name is happening inside those forests?

Such people are breeding in our mega polis’s -- look at the cycle rickshaw puller. He is out there pulling people in this searing heat and then when he gets home -- some JJ cluster-- he has to cook his meal and sleep in horrendous conditions. These extremists are breeding near us.

But lets not bother with this, India's GDP is rising and we are an emerging superpower.... We will have jaguars and mercs running on roads, Starbucks -- see Google corrects me that 'STARBUCKS' starts with a 'CAPITAL C', and Hyatt’s _ i learned from Starbucks-- on every corner, but lets not think about those who are forced to come to our cities just to earn and live in sub-human conditions.

After all why should GDP answer for basic living conditions, it should not, we are an industrious country in the making, survival of the fittest is important here.

We should more worried about S&P ratings than such trivial issue... Well, Fair seems foul and foul seems fair...

Black and white morality bursting into a million motley hues dazzling the conscience with fake sense of hedonism... The society's rot begins...
